First login to your PPC Scope account. Then click the bottom right corner Intercom chat icon which looks like:

Then you can either start a new conversation or see your previous conversations to continue discussion by clicking the link for 'See all your conversations'.

When starting a new conversation by clicking on the 'Send us a message' you can type in your question and send it to the support team.

Simply type in the issue or question and click the blue arrow to send the message.

All replies to the message will appear on this chat window if you are logged into PPC Scope when the reply is sent. If you leave the chat window for any reason, the conversation will be replied to the email attached to your PPC Scope account.
