Go to PPC Scope login page and click on Forgot Password? link.

Fill in your email address or username associated with your PPC Scope account.

This confirmation page will appear. Check your email inbox for the password reset link.

The email will be sent by [email protected] and please click the link in the email to start the reset process.

Fill in the new password and repeat the password on the page that appears after clicking the link in the email.

Click Change Password.

If password was reset successfully, it will log you into your account and provide this green banner to appear at the top of your account:

If you don’t get a reset email or have any issues:

  1. Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders in your email.

  2. Make sure [email protected] is added to your email address book.

  3. Check all email addresses or usernames you might've used to sign up or sign in to your account and attempt the password reset process with those.

  4. Choose a password that you haven't already used with this account.

  5. After trying the above steps and you are still experiencing issues, submit a support ticket by following this article for our team to assist in the reset process.
